    I purchased 20 - ************************************************************** half to fit into my pick-up truck bed. Upond arriving at the retailer, the billing invoice was for ***** ft Deck Boards. The counter sales person (*****) said the price was correct and no refund would be granted. This is incorrect as my invoice says 20 ft deck boards and that is what i was charged for- not the 16 ft deck boards that they sold me! I was then informed by the Assistant General Manager ( ****) that he would not provied me with courtsey cutting of the deck boards and that I would need to pay $50.00 if I wanted them cut. This so called GM, then went on the say that it was $1.00 per board for the 1st 10 boards, and it would be $40.00 for the next ************ $4.00 per board . AND if I did not want to pay, I would have to put the 16 ft deck boards into my 8 ft truck bed and leave! That would be an 8ft over hang and this would be against the law!. **** could care less when I informed him of my 5 conversations with ****** (2 by phone and 3 in person) and the agreement to cut the boards in half before loading. I even asked **** more than once to go talk to ****** and the yard team ( ***, **** and a middle aged gentelman with longer hair) about the statement they made about not charging ANYONE a cutting fee. **** just refused to even get out of his chair and go out and address this issue. **** was never a part of any conversation with regared to this transaction and should have had no input on any fee that was charged. Just a very rude man that held me hostage knowing that I could not leave without the deck boards being cut inhalf to be legal. Again, both of theses issues were brought to light after I had already paid for the order in full. Again, I was left with no option but to pay the fee accept the over charge for the incorrect deck boards and leave the store. I paid for the cutting, was made to assist with the cutting and loading of the 16 foot deck boards.
