            amount: $695.95 *********** has failed to respond to my requests to fix the problems with the generator that they created.12/2020, Power Systems West (PWS) came out to perform routine maintenance on our generator which was working as of their visit.3/11/2021 there was a power outage in the neighborhood and the generator _failed_ to turn on as backup as intended. A technician came out and attempted to fix the problem.6/14/2021 another power failure in the neighborhood and _again_ the generator failed to work. No one from PWS has contacted me to schedule a time for service.Over the course of my interactions with PWS they have failed in several ways:Appointment made and not kept.Invoice not sent in a timely fashion (but only 1.5 months later after I sent a reminder.Work done improperly so that a generator that _was_ working prior to their service call was not working afterwards.Repeated failures to respond afterwards to my requests for remediation.
