    I was on the phone with the clerk, attempting to get my Chewy prescription for flea medication fufilled. I have had this **** subscription approved by them several times before. They denied me this time around, because they said I needed to being my dog in for an exam. Theyve never required this before, and I explained that my dog is healthy other than scratching from fleas. She evidently didnt want to hear me out, because when I was mid-speaking she goes sorry, we cant help you in a condisending tone, and hung up on me. Absolutely appalling behavior!
