      I used this company a year and 2 months ago, it was great. This time was an absolute nightmare. My quote was a maximum of $1800 but my final bill somehow was $2470. They did add an extra truck which was $20 extra an hour, 10 hours. That doesnt add up. I was also promised a 10% discount for being a return customer, which I didnt get. The price changed 3 times on moving day. Worked with ****** over the phone which had me in tears multiple times. So many of my items are broken, torn, scratched, bent. Im in disbelief. Reached out multiple times to ****** for the contract that I never received and how to file a claim with the added insurance option A that I had but he is ignoring me.

      I booked a move for Jan 7. I was charged a $50 deposit from ************************. They texted me 30 min prior to the scheduled arrival to tell me the team wasnt coming but they would try send a different crew. I didnt get an update for almost 5 hours despite multiple attempts to contact someone. I agreed to rebook for Jan 13 but never got a confirmation of the new booking so I hired a different company and gave Move For Less four days notice of the cancellation. The owner agreed to refund my deposit. Then on the 13th I received multiple texts and calls that a team was on their way so I explained they should not come. A few days later I was charged a $250 last minute cancellation fee, this time from Move For Less. I called to dispute it, was told I would get a full refund and now more than a week later Im still getting the runaround. Every time I reach out I talk to a different manager so I have no idea who is actually in charge. I saw good reviews on Yelp but now after doing a deep dive I see that lots of others have had similar experiences.

The reason why we did not reply to this complaint because customer told us that she will remove it after we refunded her $250 cancellation fee, $50 deposit and an additional $50 for the inconvenience we may have caused.
