    In March we hired ************************* of Tubs R Us to fix a crack in our shower stall floor. He came and did the work, but a couple of weeks later the crack reappeared and had spread, though we had only used the shower a couple of times at most! So we called and asked him to come back and fix it properly, as he "guarantees" his work for 5 yrs (per website) or 1 year (per our invoice). He said he'd get back to us.Apparently he had called us one day sometime afterward when he had another job in our area the same day, but we missed the call, and he didn't leave a message. We called him back and he said he'd get back to us, but we never heard from him.Long story short, after making excuses for 5 months, he finally agreed to refund our money because that was "easier for him". But to this day we've received not a dime or any other response.We reported this to the ** Atty ******* Consumer protection Division, but ****** replied to them and accused us of lying! There was nothing more they could do.If anyone needs and expects a repair to be done properly, and the guarantee honored if it isn't, do NOT hire this man. He is not honest or honorable.
