    Drove out on 10/8/24 from ******* to test drive a 2012 mercedes C350. Got 15 minutes down the road and heard a thumping sound from the left rear tire, thought we had a flat. However it turned out that 3 lug nuts were missing and the 2 remaining lug nuts were mere seconds from falling out. The owner told me he was not responsible for any condition of the vehicles on his lot. Did not care that my actions prevented injury to my wife and I, and potentially others on the road. Not to mention totalling the vehicle. He told me he has "excellent insurance." I was pre-approved and attempted to negotiate to still purchase the car after our horrible experience because i desperately need a vehicle for work. The owner is a shrewd businessman and refused to negotiate despite my wife and I risking our lives due to his negligence. I have been advised by my attorney to report this incident to the Attorney General, consumer protection division. I hope my experience was isolated. Good luck and be safe if you do decide to purchase a car here, you will be taking your life in your own hands because this guy does not care about customers and seems only to care about profit margins.
