This is in regards to a dog grooming service on 6/12/22 that was not provided per their advertisement in the amount of $110. On 6/12/22 I went in to have my dog have full grooming completed. When I picked up my dog he was still wet (not blow dried fully), smelling humid, his nails had been cut sharp without filing, and he had not been brushed out properly so his hair was falling out everywhere. After I arrived home and realized the extent of how the service had not been completed I called the store and was met with hostility to the point that they hung up on me. So I drove to the business and the girl at the counter did not want to deal with me asking for this to be corrected, instead she asked someone else to deal with me. I just wanted this to be corrected but instead I was met with hostility. I was told the business owner would give me a call but I had to follow up instead. During the call I tried to express the poor service that was given and she explained that they completed the service and all she could do was do it all over again but it was going to be the same result. I asked for a refund as this was not the service that was described to be provided and she stated she would not offer a refund and that she had done all she could do for me. I basically paid for my dog to come back to me dirty, I did not receive the service that I paid for.
