********************* at your Days Inn location in Ellensburg, WA is the worst! My husband spilled coffee on a sheet and took it out of the room to replace it. Before doing so, he went out to smoke. He didnt want to take the sheet outside, so he left it bundled out of anyones way in the hallway. ********************* stormed outside and accused him of throwing it in the trash. Weird, there was no trash can remotely close to the sheet. When he explained himself, she stormed inside slamming doors calling him a fag&0t f@/&er. We have her on camera admitting to calling him a fu8;er and then she calls him a crackhead. Ill post that if I can. WHAT!? This is how she treats paying customers? We travel the country full time - hardly crackheads! When I talked to her about this, her response was yeah, you arent a crackhead, but your husband is another story excuse me? She didnt even pick up the sheet she had such an issue with, she left it there. He picked it up and brought it to her where she proceeds to threaten HIM with the police even though its HER causing issues. She never did replace the sheet. Her mother, the *** replaced it for me over an hour later and apologized for her daughter/employees actions. The following morning, my husband was on his way out the door to run an errand and ********************* was at the front desk again, she gave him dirty looks and scoffed at him to which he FINALLY cussed her out - deservedly so! She denies this and says he went off on her for no reason, but we have that on camera too - and so does the hotel. Get rid of her.The pool also isnt functioning and apparently hasnt been for years, breakfast is meh, and the coffee ***** puts out front is always cold. I also got word today from an employee that ***** yells at them too!
