I paid Savvy Lane, **** $595.00 on 29 September 2022 for a full-service ***.Their website put the photos of my property in a disarray (out of order, upside down, cropping out images, etc.). I edited the photos on their website and asked when the *** would go active. They said I could expedite the activating of the listing for an additional ******. I chose to pay the additional ****** on 30 September 2022, even though the delay was because of their bungling up the photos in the first place. The *** finally did go active, but the results are very disappointing for several reasons:1.The photos are out of order once again, and misspellings/grammar errors on the actual *** listing. 2.I contacted savvy via their email on their website on my login (per their instructions and paid service), I called and left messages, I called the broker listed on savvys *** listing of my property (only got a voicemail), and have not gotten any reply back. 3.This is an especially bad situation for the seller of the property like myself because it is savvy lane's broker and phone number on the listing. 4.The nature of the dispute is my property is listed by their agent, whom no-one can contact. So, in effect my property is being held hostage on the ***; i.e., even if a potential buyer or buyers realtor/agent wants to see the property, they call the savvy agent number and get no reply.5.My biggest concern is getting my property taken off their (Savvys) *** listing. Only then can I proceed with a more legitimate agent. This will allow me to move forward with selling of my property, but in the meantime, it is held hostage by savvys agents ***.I contacted R*** Central *************) the organization that runs the actual ***, and they said they cant deactivate the listing, that only the broker who listed it can cancel the *** listing. They said they would contact the Savvy broker on my behalf, but I have not heard back from anyone yet.

    Business Response

    Date: 10/05/2022

Customer signed up on 9/30/22 (Friday) for an *** listing. Our terms of service state that; listing inputs and changes take ***** hours and exclude weekends. Customer requested an expedite to get the listing up same day. Savvy Lane inputted the listing and as part of our standard practice sent customer the *** listing to verify if everything was correct. This is to ensure that there are no mistakes and to help correct them immediately if needed. Customer replied saying everything looked great. See Attachments. Customer only later noticed the mistakes over the weekend. Again, per our terms of service, changes and listing inputs are handled Monday-Friday. Customer cancelled listing, but again, since changes are only made Monday-Friday and in the order received, this could not process until the following business day. It appears the customer didn't read or understand our terms of service and filed this complaint. The listing has been cancelled already.
