My company uses 509 Facility Services, a cleaning service twice a week. We had a contract for $1200/mo for 3 hours of cleaning service. We were more than happy to pay for the services rendered, however, we found on our cameras that the cleaning lady would come in 1) sometimes for less than 20 minutes, sometimes would be on her phone for 1-1.5 hours of the 3 hours they were billing us for. Again, we are happy to pay for services rendered but 509 Facility Services was not holding up their end of our deal. We tried to work with them and had once been successful. After a few more issues, the owner suggested we move to hourly rate where we would only pay them for services rendered. At that point, the cleaning lady stayed religiously 3 hours - which was $1500 (far more than our contract). Upon further review of our cameras, we find that she is not cleaning during that time. We tried to reach out to the owner of the company and after 5-6 attempts did not hear back. Finally, the owner replied but was unwilling to own up to not being responsive and unwilling to compromise. He wants us to pay for services where his cleaner was on her phone. Now he has threatened to take us to collections. We would like resolution/compromise on the amount that is fair to pay to them.

I asked 509 Facility Services to enhance a roof heating cable system on my house. They used an unlicensed electrician to hook up the 110-volt cables that they provided to a 220-volt wire. When the system stopped working, I paid for a licensed electrician to review their work and he said their shoddy work almost started an electrical fire. In addition to almost starting a fire, the mistake also made the entire roof heating cable system inoperable, including the existing cable that was already in place before they started their work. In addition, they attached the roof cables to my asphalt shingles with sheet metal screws that put holes in my shingles, rather than clips that attach to the shingles without harming the shingles. I had a licensed roofer review their work and he said the shingles with holes will all need to be replaced. I called *** and he said he would "stand behind the work done by his crews", then has ghosted me ever since that original meeting. I have tried to contact *** many times from January 27, 2023, to now with no response.
