I bought windows from them for my house. As a part of contract they were supposed to install screens. They have not done that yet. I have been calling them since last two months. They have stopped responding to my messages. I went there couple of times. There people keep telling me they will install but no firm date is given. This has caused terrible stress on us. We cannot open windows as insect and misquotes get in the house. I told them several times but they have stopped responding. As per contract they should have installed the screens. Please file a complaint against them. Thanks *****************************

    Business Response

We originally sent out to install ******'s window screens on July 12th on this date our tech was not able to access his home both he and I left voice mail messages with the contact on the work order that day and were not able to access the interior. When we were not able to gain access to the interior of the home on that first trip we had to mark this for reschedule and since that time ****** was not accepting of our reschedule availability dates to install his window screens which we were offering to do for no charge.

In order to better help him I personally dropped off his window screens on the weekend personally myself and told him that yes we could still send out a technician to install them for him for free despite never charging him for screen installation. I have attached a screen shot of the signed agreement for the window order of his house screen installation was never included and was something we were offering to do for free.

During an un approved in person meeting, I kindly stepped out of a meeting mid-meeting to research ******'s screens arrival date and scheduled install date for him and explained that the screens for the patio doors had not arrived yet but to expect them in several weeks. This is the fault of the manufacturer (************* windows) as these were ordered when we ordered the screens for the windows they just failed to send us the screens for the doors so we had to reorder. ****** began calling and texting me at all hours every day following this despite me telling him the screens would not arrive until end of august (8/30). He was calling me as early as 5am and as late as 10pm, telling me he had medical emergencies due to the mosquitos (we live in ******* in a drought). Absolutely inappropriate actions on ******'s part. I finally personally just spent 2.5 hours sorting through other customers patio door screens in order to provide him specific size and handings to match his order. These screens were delivered to him ahead of when we could get his true patio door screens.

The amount and nature of his contacts towards me including messaging and calling me at inappropriate hours as well as inappropriate quantities led me to withdraw our offer for a no charge installation. Please reference the signed and completed document attached there was never a charge for installation of the screens and we have provided all products and services we were contractually obligated to.
