I dropped my car off at the parking lot on 4/7/22 and picked it up on 4/11/22. I have a brand new battery in the car less than a 2 months old when I dropped the car off. When I picked the car up the battery was drained. They had to jump it and had problems doing that. I filled out an incident report and asked for the security footage and I asked for a refund. I have had a previous bad expierence with them before where things were found differently from the way i left it. It took them over 20 minutes to get me a report to fill out because the manager was unapologetic and too busy and the office was locked that had the paperwork. After calls and me getting very upset they were able to find one on the computer. The gentleman that jumped the car was unapologetic and actually laughed when we followed him to the car to see how/why it needed to be jumped.Park and Jets reply said they were not responsible and would not refund my money and they did not and have not sent me the footage of the lot. They said they would and haven't. I reponed to that saying I wasn't satisfied and I want the footage and a refund and to escalate this to the highest level and I have not heard anything from them.
