    Had my fireplace serviced end of November beginning of December of 2022- serviced and replaced a part- paid $875- January 2023 my fireplace stopped working again for the exact reason- **** calls today 1.17.23 and talked to me like I was a child or stupid- said he did what he was paid to do and he will not fix the issue- faulty part? Not serviced correctly? I am out $875 and he recommends I invest in a new fireplace- they are a reputable company and they just ripped me off- if they serviced the fireplace as they said they did the fireplace should have lasted longer than a month- if it is a faulty part then go back to the distributor and explain to get a new part and replace again- he refuses to do anything and repeated he completed what he was paid-$875 for a fireplace to last a month- he should not be talking to customers- even when talking with the woman he was in the back talking over her and answering the questions before she could- this company should be ashamed of what they did to me- I request my money back and hope they dont rip anyone else off!

    We are so appreciative to Stove Tech in ******* for not only getting our stove working but for their patience in educating a couple of Seniors with no pellet stove experience. We had a purchase and installation of a pellet stove by another company but the brand new unit never worked correctly and finally shut itself off leaving flashing lights. The experience with that service person was uncomfortably demeaning. We then called Stove Tech and had a wonderful experience. Our stove is working beautifully and the kindness of the owners will not be forgotten.
