      I feel so ripped off by ****************************** services!My husband and I have owned a "Navien. Combi Boiler" for 10 years. On November 24, 2024, the boiler stopped making hot water. At the time, I was under a lot of stress from taking care of my very sick, 85 years old husband at home.After a couple hours, *** informed me that the boiler had been repaired and I was charged $1,282.57 with a Senior Veteran discount. However, he never provided any details as to what happened or what to expect My point is:1) Why didnt Washington Water Heater technician *** in November 2024 provide me with important updates prior to leaving my home, such as details of repairs, life span of water heater after repairs, etc.?2) Why was Washington Water Heater seeking another $5,503.87 or more for repairs during their March 5, 2025 house call visit?3) Why was Washington Water Heater charging $13,810.66 for a new "Navien Combi Boiler" when other local companies like Navy Plumbing were charging at nearly half the cost at $7,169.50?On March 11th, I sent a letter to the owner ***** explaining very clearly the entire issues that I was facing with his company, and asked for the charge of $1,282.57 to be refunded back to me. I was even willing to accept half, but ***** the owner refused to do so. This is a very sad situation and an example of a bad business! When reflecting back, I strongly feel that I was ripped off and taken advantage of because I am an older ********* biggest concern is how many more future customers will ******************************************* Heater continue to cheat and rip off?I hope the owner ***** will read my message and think seriously about refunding my money back. Its not a lot, but its about the principles
