On Tuesday January 30, 2024, Ted-Dee Bear Septic was scheduled to come over to my Mothers house at **********************************************************, to empty out our septic tank. We are selling the property and it needed to be done. The last time the septic was emptied, it was done by Ted-Dee Bear Septic as well. We get our septic serviced regularly as required. So on that day, they came out to our property and hooked up to our septic and started to empty out our tank, but somewhere in the process they realized that we were going to be needing an entire new septic system that was going to cost $15,000. My mother was at work so I had them call her. She told them not to proceed that she wanted to get a second opinion and asked them if they could still go ahead and empty out her septic. The man told her no, that he would not do that. He seemed to be very upset. It sounded as if he flushed everything that he had already attempted to take out, he flushed back in. Which more than likely is what he did. For the fact that the very next day, I was giving my niece a bath in the restroom upstairs. When I was finished, I went to drain the tub and all the water from the tub was leaking out of the toilet and shower downstairs. The bathroom and hallway was completely covered in water that had p*** in it as well. We tried turning the water off but it continued to pour out. The company that came the next day, couldnt even do anything for us, they said it was too full for them to even connect to our septic. It wasnt the day prior because Ted-Dee Bear Septic was able to connect to it with no problems. We have never had any complications in any way with our plumbing or drains until after that day. Today is February 13, **************************************************** take showers, do laundry, wash dishes or anything. Ted-Dee Bear Septic sent us a $400 bill the next day for the little bit they said they had taken out. This has been such an awful experience and not how business should be.
