    I booked two rooms, three nights at the Quality Inn ********* (July 16-July 19 / Confirmation ********) and the conditions were deplorable. I cannot believe ************* allows this establishment to be franchised and the health department allows this place to remain open. The conditions were not only fifthly and completely misleading from what your website is selling, but there were MAJOR safety concerns as well. We had business in ********* and unfortunately could not find any other available rooms until July 18--meaning we had to stay two nights. We prepaid for three nights and also had to pay a premium price to stay in another property on 7/18. Four out of the six of us left sick, presumably from the dirty conditions. We ran a towel across the floor and the towel was black from the dirt.We do not believe the sheets are washed in between uses. They smelled

    I wish I could have given zero stars. Due to extreme heat, I booked my mother a room with my kids so they could be cool. This was the only room available in Kitsap. From time to time, we drive by going to or from other locations and from the outside, it looks okay. I don't usually see any activity. Please listen to the reviews. I do not understand how they have received 5's. We checked in and checked right back out. When my mother checked in, she said the office staff (man) was weird. The process was quick. We proceeded to the back of the hotel. There were several people near the entrance portion of the hotel just staring at us. The place looks like crackheads or mentally challenged lived here long term. Upon entry to the room, we were hit with what smelled like cigarette smoke lingering, old mustiness, and lemon (perhaps cleaner). The closet door was off the rails, The paint was chipping and it appears to have mold or stains on the walls. There were cigarette holes in the floor, the toaster was dirty, the floor was stained, the whole room was just dirty. The rooms are definitely not what was provided in the pictures. It is definitely misleading. There are no renovations going on, so I am not sure what other stayers are talking about. We told the property manager we wanted a refund. He first said he did not have any rooms. We said we wanted a refund. He did not argue because he knew the rooms were substandard and misrepresented. We were told we would get a refund. He just said that to get me out of his hair. I asked the guy for his name just so they know who was giving the refund should we run into issues. He was pissed and refused to give me his name. No one has answered their phone and a voicemail cannot be left. If at all possible, do not stay here. If this is the only thing you can afford, good luck. I would rather sleep in my car. I have left complained about the chain Choice hotel, but they cannot help me. They submit my complaint to a higher level, but I don't know if anyone will speak with the manager of the hotel. If the rooms are misrepresented or the condition is bad, they should refund our money. It should be about losing money. I am sure they got someone to stay in the room. I will also like to say that they tried to make it look like we stayed there both days. They did not check us out.
