I am writing to file a complaint against Hello Neighbor 2, published by Tinybuild LLC. In October 2022, I purchased the game from the Xbox store. The game's advertising promised innovative features like neural networks and advanced in-game mechanics. However, these features were wholly misrepresented and lacked the advertised depth. The marketing materials for Hello Neighbor 2 extensively touted the use of neural networks to create an adaptive and dynamic gaming experience. I was led to believe that the game's artificial intelligence would learn from my actions and evolve, presenting me with a unique and engaging challenge. Instead, I discovered that the AI's behavior was rudimentary and not reflective of the promised "neural network" technology. This is reflected in the games code that lacks neural network definitions. This disparity between the promised features and actual gameplay constitutes false advertising. Please review posts and comments on ******** Xbox, and PS4, where customers shared experiences with Hello Neighbor 2. These reviews show this is a widespread issue, not isolated.Despite numerous complaints from customers and a clear indication that the game's advertised features were not delivered, the developers and publishers have demonstrated a lack of willingness to address these issues on consoles. This unresponsiveness has left many customers, including myself, feeling frustrated and cheated out of our hard-earned money. In light of these concerns, I kindly request the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Hello Neighbor 2's developers and publishers for their false advertising, misleading statements, and attempts to silence customer feedback. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue, including a full or partial refund, and ensuring that the developers take responsibility for their actions and provide customers with the product they initially promised.Thank you for your attention.
