      I am filing a complaint because of the harassing phone calls I have been receiving after I had told the salesman I had all the information and would call him if I decided to use his company. This all started about three months ago when the iePlexus salesman **** contacted me. I told him at that time I was not interested and would call him if I decided to do something. They do search engine optimization for businesses on the internet. He has since then called every week to this date harassing me to use his company. I stated to him again on 9/14/2023 that I would contact him if I wanted to use his company. The next Thursday 9/21/2023 he called again but I did not answer. I don't appreciate these kind of strong arm harassing business tactics and would like these annoying calls to stop. He obviously won't listen to me and I would like you to step in and put an end to this. Because of his annoying tactics I am not going to use his company and would tell others not to because of these actions. Along with his constant calling he was trying to bully me in to using his company by saying, I should close my website because no one will know I was there and I need to start using his company now. I know he's a salesman and I am fully aware of what he is saying, but the way he came across was overstepping his bounds.

      We understand from your complaint that you felt harassed and pressured by these calls, and for that, we sincerely apologize. It was never our intention to cause any discomfort or annoyance. We aim to provide potential clients with valuable information and support, not to impose or create stress.


      Effective immediately, we have removed your contact details from our calling list, and you will not receive any further communication from us unless you wish to re-initiate contact.
      Regarding the comments made by **** about closing your website, we would like to clarify that his intention was to highlight the benefits of SEO for online visibility, not to pressure you into using our services. We acknowledge that his approach may have come across as aggressive and for that, we apologize.


      We have addressed this issue with **** and reminded him about our company's policy on respectful and professional communication. We assure you that we are committed to providing a positive experience for all potential clients, and we do not condone or encourage any form of harassment or strong-arming.
