Please see below. I contacted the warranty manager regarding the cracked toilet when it happened. Our daughter was using the bathroom when the toilet cracked. Water was everywhere. I turned the water off and immediately emailed ****. I called him and he said it would not be covered due to normal usage. I called my insurance agent and started a claim. There should be documentation showing my request and why I had to file a claim within owning our home less than 1 year. They should be held accountable. This is not right. I also contacted **** about the floor. I will check the dates, but it was in 2024. If a quality home was built, I should not have a floor issue in year 2. Also, they indicated there were 5 claims. What was not indicated was each claim had multiple issues. We purchased this house while selling our old home. We had over 15 issues not done before closing. They knew that we had no where to go. They promised that these items would be completed. This company makes promises and does not keep them. Residents pay premium prices for our homes with subpar results. They had over 30 houses scheduled to close when we did. Please check k into this. They are getting over on hardworking people.

Hi ****. I have an urgent issue. The upstairs toilet has a huge crack in it. We need someone as soon as possible. I turned the water off. Do I need to file a claim? Thanks.
around. We worked with atleast 3 different project managers before being referred to the warranty manager. We, too, had several items on our close sheet. They promised to get these completed. Most took way to long, or were a rush job. I still have places where touch up work was needed and the paint doesn't match. The paint was thinned out so much, the original color doesn't match. They need to take responsibility and fix these issues. I should be refunded for the deductible oaid to replace the commode and the floor.

Ms. ******* home closed on 12/28/22, Century provides a limited 1 year warranty.  Over the course of the 1 year, she submitted 5 tickets within the warranty period and none of the tickets reference a cracked tile or a cracked commode.  Ms. ******* home is beyond the year limited warranty and her submitted items are no longer warranted.

    Thank you,
