I brought my ****** RAV4 to **** at Mobile One Detailing for detailing. For $298.83 I was expecting floor and seats to be shampooed, the interior to be wiped down and conditioned, floor mats to be washed, and the outside to be washed and waxed. I delivered the car to him at 11:00 am on Nov. 4th. I called him when I got to his apartment and he said to just park the car and he would get to work on it about 11:30. **** called at 2:00 to let me know the car was ready to be picked up. I was surprised that it was done so quickly. I could see he had shampooed the upholstery because it was still damp and I could see that he had vacuumed. He said it was the cleanest car he had ever detailed. When I got the car home and could examine it more closely, I could see the stains on the upholstery were better but not gone. The floor mats weren't even washed, nor was the floor vacuumed underneath them! Items that had fallen between the front seats and the console were still there. Basically, he had done nothing (other than shampooing the upholstery) more than I did when I took it through the car wash.I contacted **** and asked for a refund. He said, "Hey I would be happy to come take care of anything missed I can text you when I'm free." I told him I would prefer a refund, but would work with him. I waited to hear from him. When I didn't, I texted and called. To date, I have not heard from him.
