            Ordered on line 7/1/21 and as of 8/3/21 still have not received my order. Local post office said it arrived there with not corrrect address and floated around for several days and then returned it to sender. I contacted Lowest Price Contacts on 7/23, 7/31, 8/2, and 8/3 asking to speak to supervisor and told not available will call back. I never received call back. I was told on 7/31 by customer service rep. that on 8/2 that someone would call me and there be a resolution. No one ever called. At this point I am tired of dealing with them and their lies. I just want my money back but can't get to talk to a supervisor. I will never deal with them again or recommend them to anyone.

            I placed an order for soft contacts on Feb 14th. I was told that a couple of times that the order was backordered. In early June I decided to cancel the order and requested a refund. I was given a refund but not the full amount. Just by chance I checked a couple of weeks later and reached out again to the company for a full refund.I found it very unprofessional that not only did not have the item that was listed in the website as available but they also did not refund the full amount paid. Be aware!
