On February 22, 2024, I brought my Durango in to the service center of Rairdons, because it was running pretty rough. I bought it from Rairdons last year. The warranty was up on March 9th, or by 90K miles (Ive put 92k on it). I asked them to not fix it, to only find out what was wrong and get an estimate of how much it would cost to fix it. I was informed at the time that it could be the spark plugs, the lifters, the distributer, the cam shaft etc. I was not told that it would be over $700 to do an estimate for the cost of the repairs. *******, who is the service repair front desk person, explained to me that it costs that much because of the parts they needed to use to see what was wrong with the Durango. I asked him for a list of parts and a summary of what was done to get an estimate for cost to fix the Durango, and his whole demeaner changed. All I got was attitude. I only had $320 today, and I have to find another $400 to get it back now. I dont have money to spend like that and was not told it was going to cost to get an estimate. They only ballparked the estimate, which they indicated at being $7,900.
