The agent *********************** entered our home to take pictures. The company attempted, but failed to notify the tenants of the household being sold. She proceeded to take pictures, and then was warned by my roommate about my possible indecent state, *** proceeded into my room, and sexually humiliated me, then proceeded taking pictures while I was still ****. After a police report, lies from EXP, the case was dropped. At this point, I still don't want legal action, just a true apology. As a disabled navy vet, any semblance of respect or decency would have stopped any level of escalation on my part.

We respectfully disagree with the Complainant's allegations. The landlord was given appropriate notice of the showing, and immediately before walking into each room that had people present, the agent announced herself and waited to come into the room until the person present confirmed the agent could come in. No sexual humiliation occurred. If the complainant does not believe they received the appropriate amount of advanced notice, we urge them to contact their landlord directly.

I was a Realtor at EXP realty. I decided to switch brokerages. I was unable to get off boarded due to needing a broker to sign off. When the broker finally signed off I should have stopped being charged. EXP kept charging me their tech fee. I contacted the support multiple times asking to stop being charged because I am no longer with the company. Support continues to bounce me off to the next person, ultimately stating the Floirda broker has to sign off, yet they have signed off in the past but still having the same issues. It also takes them Multiple days to even respond. I have never written a complaint or bad review but it seems like this is the last resort. Im disputing the charges and hopefully wont ever be charged by them again.

EXP Realty was a photography client of mine. They unofficially contracted me a small sum to photograph what they said was a residence of theirs. They gave me a list of specific images they required. I performed the work as agreed. However, the residence was NOT theirs. It belonged to a homeowner. I was able to get a couple photos at the homeowner's discretion but there was no access to the other areas EXP wanted photos of. There were other photos they wanted of things that do not exist (street sign, mail box, numbers on house.) My life was threatened by this home owner as I was unknowingly on his property that he still has legal rights to. I did submit the photos as contracted and EXP is refusing payment. This complaint is not about the payment, it is about this company hiring contractors to illegally trespass on people's property in a fraudulent scheme to obtain photographs for their clients.

Thank you for providing eXp Realty with the opportunity to respond to Complainants concern.  While the Complainant's concerns are serious in nature, eXp cannot fully evaluate the allegations as Complainant did not provide the agent's name or the property address.  Without this information, eXp cannot provide a robust response.  If the Complainant will provide that information, eXp will investigate the claims and provide a further response.  While we sympathize with Complainants issue, eXp strives to have its agents act in a professional and ethical manner.
