      Hello.I bought a 25-lb bag of certified gluten-free organic rolled oats manufacturered by ************* on July 9th and had it shipped out on July 10th, receiving it without issues during shipment on July 18th. The box and inside packaging was intact. I had bought other food here before and it was always fresh and I never had problems.I sent an email to them on July 20th with my concerns about the quality of them. These oats do not smell fresh like other oats do and they have a noticeable off-taste, also uncharacteristic of two other organic rolled oats I tried as a comparison that had a wholly neutral taste. These are not the quality I expected.The production date is 8/17/2024, coming to me after sitting for nearly an entire year. There is nothing noticeable about their appearance as they don't look old, brown, or moldy but their smell and taste speak volumes about their quality. The low price seems to reflect its low quality. The manufacturer says the oats are good for 6 months-2 years when stored correctly, and this may have been stored in a hot warehouse and degraded sitting for nearly an entire year.I contacted the company through both their site form and email about quality control issues and have not heard back from them yet. I also sent a message to the manufacturer and have not yet heard back from them either. I had expected a prompt response by Monday July 21st. What's also very suspicious is that when I put a 1-star review, it did not post it almost like they are hiding dissatisfied customers.I would like a refund as the oats are not pleasant to eat at all, especially as overnight oats. I can only hope I will be able to mask the taste when using them in baking and such because I cannot afford to throw them out.I needed certified gluten-free organic rolled oats, so I bought the only bag 25-lbs because of the price. I definitely should have bought from somewhere else with better turnover so the product doesn't rot in a warehouse becoming stale.

      Please note, even before we received this email ,we were in contact with the customer , sent a return label and once the product was received , we were going to refund.
