Purchased 06/21/20 ALLSOP Soji Marrakesh Outdoor Solar 15 ft. 10-Light Integrated LED String Light Set Internet # ********* Est Arrival: Jul. 1 - Jul. 1 Unit Price $32.13 Qty 4.00 Item Total $128.52 Purchased 06/26/20 ALLSOP Soji Marrakesh Outdoor Solar 15 ft. 10-Light Integrated LED String Light Set Internet # ********* Est Arrival: Jul. 7 - Jul. 7 Unit Price $32.13 Qty 4.00 Item Total $128.52 I'm seeking a refund for 6 of these. They stopped working within 8-10 months. They claim to be rain and snow proof, but rusted and stopped working entirely. I attempted to replace in May by ordering 9 more from Home Depot, but they stopped working already. This product should no longer be sold.Business response

This complaint was filed prior to the customer contacting our customer service department.
On July 7 the customer contacted our customer service department and a resolution was reached on July 8th. Under warranty we will be offering the customer a suitable replacement for any products with issues.
We are glad we were able to offer the customer a resolution and our customer service department is available to answer any further questions.

Hi *******,
We will be sending the replacements you requested under warranty as soon as they are in stock but as mentioned they are on backorder and will take a little while to arrive. BBB won't let this complaint sit open until then and asks us to respond each time you respond. Can you please mark the issue as resolved and we can continue to work with you directly via email? If you still aren't satisfied at the end of the process you can make a new complaint with the BBB but that should not be necessary.
Since this issue may be reviewed by BBB or posted on the website I'm going to make note here of the discussion and resolution that has been discussed so far.
1) Customer purchased products from Home Depot and experienced a failure/issue with some of the units.
2) Customer purchased additional units from Home Depot and experienced a failure/issue with some of those units.
3) Customer contacted Allsop Home & Garden (manufacturer) for a refund. We advised that since the units were purchased through a retailer (Home Depot) any returns/refunds would need to be made through the retailer within their return/refund guidelines. As the manufacturer we can offer replacement under warranty.
4) A resolution was agreed upon and we will be sending customer replacements of a different model. This model is currently out of stock but we will fulfill when back in stock.Our customer service team will continue to work with you and is available to answer any questions.
