Hello
im Neno the owner
i have reviewed the complaint and the information provided from the customer is incorrect. First off we gave the title to the customer as it is included in his pictures and that proves that he was given a title .
second he claims to have sent it back to us for us to add some information on it , we are not responsible for the title after it has been given to the customer , he mailed it back to us however we never recieved it nor have we signed any document to attest to the fact that it was infact delivered to us. So at present it is up to whichever postal service he used to track down the title . We have no way of obtaining another title or tracking it after we have given it to the customer.

First of all, I purchased a 2013 **** Escape SUV from *********, *****************************************************. The total price was $9,000.00, and it was financed via ******************* ******************************** Suite 100, ***********, ** ***** on 4/20/23 w/a $4,000.00 down payment. The monthly car payments are $223.00, and I still owe $6,694.00 on it. The *** # is #1FMCU9GX2DUB *****, and the License Plate# *******. On **/**/2023, the vehicle stalled and the motor shut off on the freeway. Then, it overheated. Two mechanics looked at it and the 1st mechanic diagnosed it saying that the Catalytic Converter was clogged. He put Catalytic Converter cleanser int it, and it worked and was able to drive my car home. The car seemed to be running fine for about 2 weeks but when I drove to the Target store, the exact same thing occurred when the car broke down. So, I called the 2nd car mechanic, and he met me at Target and said that this vehicle has been "Recalled" several times. So, I called ********* and requested for them to pick up the car at Target. The owner ********* came and towed the vehicle on 11/3/23. In addition, from thereafter, I had called them daily to request for an update but no response. On one occasion, I talked to a young man, and he promised that he would communicate with me after he finds out about my car but didn't. Plus, I drove out there 3 times to see if my car was ready since they weren't taking any of my phone calls. The 1st time, the mechanic said that he hasn't even got to look at it yet. The 2nd time I went there was on 12/1/23, and the 3rd time was on 12/3/23. Finally, the following Monday, I called there, and he had picked up my call and said that my car should be ready on Friday, 12/8/23. So, I had called back twice after that to make sure my car was going to be ready, but no one picked up my phone calls. On 12/11/23, I took a male friend w/me to drive out there thinking he could talk for me and ask why I couldn't have my car. During our conversation. the owner ********* was very rude and told us to give him a couple more days. Then, I asked to get my work key and other things out of my car. So we did and when we opened my car doors, there was mold everywhere in the car. The mechanic said he had left the door and window open when he was working on it. My car was also thrashed w/garbage everywhere inside. I told him that this is gross, and that I didn't want this car and if we could exchange it for another vehicle that runs? He replied, "No ." I believe he knew this 2013 **** Escape SUV was recalled twice and that it had severe engine problems but sold it to me anyways because I had cash for a down payment too.Customer Answer

On January 10th, ****, I ask one of the mechanics that accompanied me on December 11, 2023, call Neno to let him know the *********************** was going to come retrieve the vehicle. I quit calling him because he will not answer my phone calls and when I drive out there, He won't talk to me, I have never been disrespectful, rude I trusted him to be honest show mutual respect, but I don't know why he is being rude to me.
The *********************** took his address and phone number said they would go retrieve the 2013 **** Escape, so we notified KORE Auto Sales at 5:55 pm 1/10/24 that the bank was going to come retrieve the 2013 **** Escape Vin # *****************
The Neno the Car Dealer Manager was very dis-respectful. to my friend, said "***** acts like it's $50,000. car! and said they been waiting for the part to come in and my friend told Neno you guys have thrashed inside the vehicle "***** has no desire to do business with you because of how much your company has thrashed the vehicle by leaving the windows down and door open mold is everywhere inside the vehicle and how your auto shop has a new issue of the car every week, first it was catalytic converter, next it was an engine sensor, then **** calls my mechanic friend that it's the alternator, my friend asked why are you calling me why aren't you calling ***** ? again he was rude and hung up.

I had been shopping with no luck for a new jeep. Then one day I happen to find one that had just arrived on lot but wasn't up for sale yet due to a wreck it had been in moderate damage to the driversides front quarterpanel, radiator and bumper. So I stopped into the dealer ship, kore auto, and they said it wasn't drivable at the moment but they would fix all the damage and I could purchase it at a reasonable price. So on August 5th 2021 I bought the car but couldn't take it home they were still fixing it. September 14th I was finally able to pick it up and when I left the lot I noticed a noise and the car was not excelersting properly. I looked it over and discovered the noise was because the new bumper was not bolted on. This is 10 min after I was told how the vehicle had just past all the inspections. So back in and dropped of the jeep to be fixed and they had it for another 6 weeks. Picked it up and there is a head light issue now at this point the dealer ship that is bosting about their great mechanic and safety inspections has had my new car longer that I have and I'm the one making the car payments while they "fix" it. So now we get to why I'm contacting you there is yet another problem and it's right where the car had been hit in the place where the head light wasn't working you can plainly see now that I've looked where the mechanic has done some crazy patch job on the wiring and it's all hanging out and not it the box the manufacturer intended and it's not protected from anything and this electrical problem is making it so the computer doest know to do anything . Personally after my experience with no bolts in the bumper etc I would rather walk to the moon and back than trust the mechanic at kore auto but I feel that this is still the orignal problem that wasn't fixed properly and they should fix it. This all is an extreme inconvenience They are not wanting to fix it , andas far as my problems with the previous fixes they say mistakes happen. Please helpBusiness Response

The vehicle in question was a used 2012 jeep patriot. we do not warranty our used vehicles they are sold as is . we did inspect this vehicle and fixed only the things that were needed. we did not replace or rebuild the item that is pictured from the customer. we do not replace the electrical system on our vehicles. now the time frame mentioned is not exact. We delivered it and then took it back to re fix the front bumper. Since the second delivery she has had the vehicle for much more than the time that we would consider warrantying anything . at this time there is nothing further we can do . Not to mention this was sold at the Highest of the used car prices in HISTORY for well below market value at the time. This was During the Hight of the pandemic vehicle shortage, we sold this at a super low price and did fix this vehicle .

I am rejecting this response because: I bought the vehicle under the contingency that the front end damage was fixed. And with out going into all the details I drove off with no bolts this should be enough of an example to show the complete lack to detail or inspection that was actually done. When last I spoke with the dealer ship I was told if the mechanic of my choice sent them a report saying yes indeed this is still that problem they would fix it. But I was also told the day that it didn't start that they would send someone out the next morning " it was probably my key fab" bit after a no call/no show on their part and I did reach some one I was told that isn't a service they provide. The complete lack of cohesive comunication is appalling. The vehicle is currently at the mechanic and I will have the report with in the next few days
Sincerely,
