    I spoke to this business about filing taxes for 2023. I explained that my previous accountant filed for both my personal and business accounts. They told me that based on the documentation I expected to receive from my business partner, I would not need to file business taxes. As they are the subject matter expert, I believed them. It turns out that was not the case and I paid them to file both my personal business taxes, but I incurred a late fee of $235.00 for the filing of my business taxes because no extension was requested based on their guidance.They then told me that they could submit paperwork for reimbursement of my late filing fee if I sent them the paperwork from the *** regarding the late filing charge, which I did. I have sent them two unanswered emails on the subject and left three voicemails without response. It does not appear that they have filed the paperwork they said they would.This business cost me hundreds of dollars in late fees, and promised they would get those fees reimbursed, which they have not done. They have also ignored multiple attempts at communication.
