- Provider can cancel their subscription for any reason and receive a full refund. Cancellations will be accepted via fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellation requests must include the name of the purchaser and/or transaction number. The deadline to receive a cancellation refund for your subscription is up to 3 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. Refund will be issued within 14 days.
