The contract only allows delays if materials are unavailable yet were told all materials have been received, and no valid reason has been given for the ongoing delays.Were filing this complaint due to the builders lack of communication, broken assurances, and the resulting hardship. We request a firm closing date immediately and consideration for compensation due to the ongoing stress and financial burden.

      **** ***clearly specified as white in our contract addendum (Form 34) and addressed during the walkthrough. The representative further stated they were no longer responsible for walkthrough repairs and referred us to the builders main office, which has since been unresponsive.Since early November, we have made multiple attempts via phone, email, and text to follow up with the main office on the promised replacement. These efforts have gone unanswered or deferred, leaving us without resolution or a timeline for ********* has now been nearly four months since closing. We trusted MSR Communities to honor their commitments, but their lack of follow-through and communication has been deeply disappointing.We request that MSR Communities replace the brown cabinets with white cabinets, as agreed, without further delay.We hope this issue will be resolved promptly.       We apologize for the delay in your cabinet installation. There was a misunderstanding regarding the cabinet size, which resulted in no installation and a lack of communication. The responsible team member has been addressed.

      MSR Communities is constructing ****** Court, a new HOA adjacent to two sides of my property. The construction has left materials, debris, and nails in my yard and driveway on multiple days. I met with **** ***** (the Project Manager) at 11:44 AM on September 17, 2024, to discuss this. **** explained that he was sorry for the inconvenience and would ask the crews to be more careful, but he cannot guarantee that this will not continue. He failed to offer any solution other than speaking to the crews, which I had spoken to days before, which proved ********* a single 24-hour period (between September 16 and 17), I recovered 60 nails, one screw, five sleeves of staples, pieces of shingles, pieces of trim boards, and multiple shingle wraps. I am concerned about my dog's safety and the destruction of my private property. My backyard is fenced; however, my dog is quite curious. Because of MSR Communities negligence, I am forced to remain outside to supervise my dog each time I let him out to ensure that he does not ingest staples. My residence is on a flag lot with a very large driveway. Because of MSR Communities negligence, I am forced to walk the driveway in search of nails and debris each time before entering or exiting my driveway. Furthermore, nails have been recovered from the grass, which will damage the blade of my lawn mower and facilitate a potential hazard to myself and my neighbors if ejected from the mower. MSR Communities negligence is unacceptable and has caused inconvenience to my family and me by preventing the open and free use of my property. MSR Communities negligence is an issue of safety and property damage. Furthermore, MSR Communities has openly littered my property with construction debris and has not attempted to clean up the hazards they have created.
