      I am in **********, **, and can tell you that they know nothing about emergency service or handling issues. They have cost me a lot of money due to inaction. I, for one, will have my attorney start processes to help recover some of my costs.

      Latchel is a terrible and unresponsive company. They subcontract personnel from local businesses that have minimal qualifications to perform the assigned work. My first request to them was to have a plumbing issue fixed and they sent an employee of a carpet cleaning service to perform the work. It took three days before the work was adequately completed. The second time I requested service was for another plumbing issue and they subcontracted ***** to fix the problem. After rescheduled and missed appointments by ***** they finally sent a garage door repairman to fix the problem, which he did not do. After a month of waiting of service I finally had it repaired on my own.

      Hi ****** - I am a cofounder at Latchel. So sorry that you had such a bad experience with the vendors we work with. We use several national vendors which includes Keepe. Im sorry they sent an unqualified contractor.

      As part of our service, we do offer payment protection if any of our vendor partners do not complete work or bill you improperly.

      Please let me know if theres anything we can do to remedy the situation.

      I recently switched to ******** from TurobTenant because I was trying to outsource maintenance requests through Latchel (integrated into ********) and it has been horrendous. I'm pretty convinced Latchel is just an auto-reponse generator with outsourced support. I've been using it for about three months and have yet to get a single maintenance request properly taken care of. Every single ticket I've submitted I chose the option to contact me instead of the tentants, but instead they send the tenant a text and an email then close the request because my tenants have no idea how to respond (their emails are super vague and my tenants think they are spam). I finally got them to open a ticket and push it through, only to get an email the next day saying they couldn't find a vendor and that I'm welcome to take care of it myself.
