  Gave notice to vacate in writing, have proof of it and still got slapped with an eviction. I was never contacted about my deposit and eventually months later, I got an email with a balance of nearly $4,000. Neither the property or corporate are being responsive. English is my 2nd language and I'm getting help in writing this.

  They do not hire competent workers. If you have any repairs done to your home, I would suggest you should be home. They honestly do not care about their tenants! When I came and looked at my unit in the beginning, they told me it was for rent for $1995. Of course I had already given proper notice at my other home. When I came to sign the lease a week before moving in they told me my rent would be $3100 because I was on section 8 and they can. At that point, I was going to be homeless if I didnt move in. So of course I moved in, but it was a bait and switch on me. Just want people who are thinking about renting here to be aware! And if youre on section 8, look somewhere else! In my opinion, This should be illegal.

  All *** Community seems to be run the same, terribly! The staff is negligent, dismissive, rude and ineffective. The property I lived at was ******************** in ******** and was only there for 6 months because it was so terrible. Then they are charging me move out costs for damages that were there before I moved in and I noted them but they always have an excuse or they just don't respond. Just because a business is servicing ********** families, it doesn't give them the right to treat everyone poorly and assume the worst of the tenants. The staff and management are in fact what makes these places so bad. I will never rent from another *** property and will dissuade anyone I meet not to rent there. There is not enough time for me to list all the issues I had in just 6 months! Luckily I was able to move, but others aren't always able to and they are forced to deal with subpar support, no compassion and zero accountability from the staff.

  I have been in my community w/*** for a year now and I love my property. Yes, there ae a few things I would love to change but people are people and laws are laws.The office staff at my property is amazing. Always professional with me. one of the major things that I don't care for though is parking, I wish there was more visitor parking throughout the property.

  I give this company no stars as it is a horrible company, I have lived in one of their complexes for 2 years now and have nothing but problems. My grandaughter are attacked everyday for no reason by the out of control kids, me and my daughter have been verbally attacked by adults constantly. Alot of us are on disability for mental issues and our complex has made them worse, we have taken our issues to management and they always shrug it off and target us. My daughter basically was told to move if she doesn't like being attacked, this place is should be sued as alot of people are moving also. ******************** in ********, ** is out of control there is no office control they don't answer phones. The pool and hot tub are never open and they are very rude to certain tenants. They keep hiking up the rent every couple months so people have no choice but to leave, this complex discriminates disabled people and they shouldn't be able to get away with it as there are laws against that in ********** we just need to find correct lawyer. HNN is putting up complexes everywhere that are built like c*** and overloaded with people, I am hoping people do look into reviews before they move so they don't get stuck living in a very horrible complex like this.

  I applied for a apartments there hard to get in touch didn't lady handing my file who works at another property and when I call ****** no one knows anything which is unprofessional and there no communication at all which needs to be fix I have decided to go with media on this because it's been over a month

  I've been attempting to remove my lease from ********************, but they refuse to pick up the phone nor answer texts and emails. They are very unprofessional and this is unacceptable.

  If I could give them 0 stars I would. A bunch of racists white people running these apartments, making sure they keep the ghetto in the ghetto. This company is a disgrace!!!
