            DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I had to tell the plumber how to remove the one k*** handle in the tub/shower - just unscrew the s**** and pull, he was going to hack saw the k*** off. Next he proceeds to leave my house and drive to two different locations looking for the broken part, he then comes back with the wrong part and tells me the company does not make the part anymore. This is not true, I called the company (****) and they sent me the correct part). Today I am wondering how the people at this company function why they can't pick up their cell phone and call the plumbing supply company to see if they have the part in stock, they can't call ********** and see if they have it, can't call **** (it took me 3 days to get the part via ***** This guy couldn't even call his office (3 miles away from my place) and ask what to do. I took off the wrong handle and put the right one on. $475.00 for?????????

            On 11-21-22 ************** arrived on site and found the customers **** shower valve leaking and had a broken handle. He replaced the cartridge to stop the dripping and attempted to locate replacement handle. The valve being a discontinued model no replacement handle could be found at the local supply shops. He located a handle that fit and turned the water on and off, but it would spin all the way around. Our tech explained to the customer to contact **** for proper replacement handle. Customer came in and returned handle and we refunded that amount. Customer was charged a service call, one hour minimum and cartridge price.
