      I felt forced to have my surgery faster than expected and when the day cam Dec 2 I changed into the outfit was taken into the room where the doctor put a lot of marks on my body did not say much what they meant went back into the other room I asked the nurse what the circles and lines mean and she told me some info she gave me a few pills to take said Ill be back she came back took me to the room and had me lay down flat doc asked to lay on my side and then BOOM he started the procedure I felt everything I was crying and screaming for them to stop several times and they didnt the nurse put a small ball in my hand to squeeze I was hurting so bad crying I passed out from pain and meds kicking in I guess . I got home and my husband noticed a bandage on my belly button it said remove on a certain day so he did on the day and I had a new belly button ugly as can be I was not told I was getting a new belly button just getting lipo, tummy tuck, skin removal. I went to the doc for 1 week check up and filled out a form how my procedure went and I gave a low score and said I was not happy with nurse and doctor. I went back for 1 month check and they wanted me to talk to the office manager I believe and I told her what happened and I feel she didnt care I was hurt that bad she said I will talk to them and find out what happened and I will send you a gift card so I get a email for ***************************************** my face for what I went through I have nightmares about what happened to me every night the nurses are very short and rude every time I call to ask a ? . I paid over 10grand to be treated this way I dont think so . I know that Venus ********* that came with this burned my belly button I have red knots and swollen since this was done a few weeks ago I will never recommend sonobello to no one and I will never have another procedure done to my entire body since Im scared

      I had a consultation with Sonobello in October 2022. I had a wedding in January 2023 that I wanted to look good for. They assured me that they could help but they needed the money right away to give me the best deal! I agreed and paid them. They scheduled an appointment for me to see their physician. I never saw the physician because I had another procedure with a Plastic Surgeon in November and Sonobello said they were not able to perform their procedure until at least six weeks after that procedure. I was not aware this would be an issue. Once the six weeks had passed, I was unable to have the procedure due to timing of the wedding. I was travelling to another country and felt I would not have been healed. I asked Sonobello for a refund of my monies at this time - especially since I had never seen an actual physician there. I was denied. It is now February and I have discovered that I will require a surgery to correct a health issue. An abdominal surgery. I once again contacted Sonobello for a refund and they denied saying they can perform their surgery within six months of this new surgery that I am having. Or, should I say that they will refund me everything except the $2,195. I thought the $2,195 was for the physician - who I never saw. I have only ever spoken to the ************ Consultant. By the time I reach the new six month ***** Sonobello will have had my money for almost an entire year. The interest I am losing and they are gaining, seems criminal and wrong. Had they refunded my monies in the beginning, I would have likely come back to them when I was able. But now this all just seems predatory and icky at best. With this new health issue that I am having, I really need the funds to pay for the necessary surgery that I am having. I don't know how a company can be so heartless. I don't feel that I have cost Sonobello $2195.00 in any capacity and if I have, please explain.

      I received treatment Oct. 21, 2022. I have been rescheduled 3 times for the Venus ********** I have lost money taking off work for this. I paid for 4 areas, and now will need to go somewhere else and spend more since they arent reliable. I would like some kind of refund. This is unacceptable for this to keep happening.

      Sonobello- ******* ** $15,500 02-06-2023 I went in the office on 2-06-23 for a consultation for liposuction. I was told I would be a good candidate and someone had just canceled their appointment. I was told if I signed up to have the procedure done for 2-22-23 then I would receive a discount. Because it is considered a hotspot. I also had to pay in full during consultation for it to be valid. I was hesitant about signing up but was told if I decided to canceled call back immediately. I decided the same day that I did not want to go through with it. I sent an email and text message on 2-6-23; stating that I wanted to cancel. I also called the office next day on 2-7-23, letting them know to cancel the appointment and requesting my refund of $15,500. She stated she would have to get with the office manager to discuss next steps. I do not understand what is there to be discussed when nothing took place and was communicated within 24 hours.I asked for a cancellation letter and they refused to give me one. The only thing I am wanting is my refund of $15,500. I used 3 cards and they are all pending to be deducted from my accounts. I am reaching out so the charges can be reversed and refunded. I do not like how this company handles business.

      Thank you for sharing the concern.  We are surprised to see the complaint as the patient had just been in the day prior and the center was reviewing her request and had not denied a refund.  With the request being made less then 24hours after the deposit we have gone ahead and approved a full refund.

      I Had my Lipo suction done at sonobello in ******* **********,by ************* on the 9th of February 2022, they told me Im an excellent candidate for lipo and told me all the fat underneath my skin which I can grab will be liposuctioned, and I was charged $7500. After the surgery, I noticed a lot of unevenness, it was like I had nothing done, yet in so much pain, ontop of that I was now worst than I was because Im now uneven and disfigured, I pointed this out to them whenever I go for my post-op visits but they keep telling me to give it 6month to see the final result, and that everything will go down, 6months came, I was still looking worse than I was before the surgery, I asked to see the doctor that operated on me ************* and when I was expressing how dissatisfied and disappointed I am with what he did to me, he walked out on me, really, I mean I payed these people $7500, my hard earned money and instead of the doctor to try to fix the problem he walked out on me, I was completely devastated, they scheduled me to meet with the second surgeon that worked there as-well, when I met him he said to give it another 6months for him to see what he can do, I agreed to that, when the 6months came they left a voice Mail telling me the doctor no longer works with them, I couldnt live with the trauma and the disfigurement they caused me so I had to go to ***** spent another hard earned money to fix the issue. All I want now is for sono bello to refund me or compensate me for the loss and trauma they caused me. I have pictures as evidence of how I was disfigured to prove this.

      On November 29, 2022 I had a consultation with **** at Sono Bello's *********** **** location. I was informed that I would be a good candidate for Sono Bello services and after discussing all my options we proceeded to book my Pre-op and surgery appointments. I used several credit cards to pay the $2500.00 down payment that day. I was told that if I chose to cancel my procedure for any reason the surgery fee would not be refunded but if I was unable to have the surgery due to health reasons or at the surgeon's digression the deposit would be fully refunded. December 14, 2022 was my Pre-op appointment and I met with the surgeon in their ********** **** office. Unfortunately, the surgeon did not feel I would be a good candidate for Sono Bello's services and did not feel I would get noticeable or satisfactory results. I was informed that he would let **** at the *********** office know so my actual surgery date would be cancelled and that I would receive a refund. I was disappointed but happy I would not be spending thousands of dollars on something that would show no benefits. Once I left the office, I sent a text to **** who acknowledged that she had heard from the surgeon and was aware the I would not be having the surgery and I would be refunded. A couple of weeks passed, and my credit cards had not been refunded. I once again reached out to **** who informed me that because I used more than one credit card, I would receive a paper check in the mail and that would take approximately 4 weeks. Needless to say, 4 weeks has come and gone, and I have still not received my refund check. Once again, I contacted **** to let her know that I was becoming frustrated at the situation and found it inexcusable that this process was taking so long. Sono Bello is a large company and should be able to deal with these situations in a timelier manner. Although **** acknowledged my frustration no further action has been taken to resolve this issue.

      I was set to have my produce around 12/19 at 5:30am but i was told that same week that i needed to have 2 medications before I had it done . I called and texted all week asking and they said they would get it over to the pharmacy. The doc never sent over to the pharmacy and I couldn't get the meds I called the doc office asking. When I did talk with the doc he was just getting back in from town and told me that I just needed to find a new doc. I had already paid them $2407.71

      ON 11/18/2022 I HAD A CONSULTATION AT SONOBELLO IN *****, **.. AT THE **** I WAS REQUIRED TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT ON A WEIGHT LOSE SURGERY. I MADE A DEPOSIT OF $5000.00.ON 12/9 I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WOULD NOT DO MY SURGERY AS I AM A WIDOW & HAD NO ONE TO PICK ME UP & DRIVE ME 1/2 BLOCK TO HOTEL & STAY WITH ME.ON 12/10 I CALLED & LEFT MESSAGE FOR *** THE MANAGER THAT I WANTED MY DEPOSIT BACK.CALLED BACK ON 12/14 BECAUSE NO CALL BACK & LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE. LATER *** RETURNED MY CALL & SAID HE WOULD RETURN MY $5000. DEPOSIT.ON 1/5/2023 I CALLED & LEFT ANOTHER MESSAGE FOR *** THAT I STILL HAD NOT RECIEVED MY DEPOSIT BACK YET.ON 1/6 *** CALLED & SAID A CHECK HAD BEEN MAILED TO ME ON 12/18/2022. TOLD HIM I NEVER GOT ANYTHING. HE DOUBLED CHECKED MY ADDRESS & WHAT HE HAS IS CORRECT.       I reached out to the consultant about returning my deposit due to my primary physician stating I am not qualified for surgery. I was informed that she would send the refund request to National Support but I have yet to hear a response. I tried to dispute the charge but my bank stated that it was outside of 60 days, so the request was denied.

      5/2021 had smartlipo done on upper/lower abs, waist at Sonobello Charlotte.Followed instructions,but after 6mths, noticed a huge dent/gash across abdomen,with a pouch of fat above pubic area.They agreed mistake made,too much fat sucked out,did "revision"surgery 5/2022 to try to correct mistake made. Went in for 3mth followup & told them still not happy with results, still have ************ of fat,want to talk to mgr. No one contacted me.Set up 6 mth followup back in December, told them wanted to talk to someone, not happy with results.but only nurse saw me, told her not happy with results,want to talk to someone.said she would have mgr call me.Never heard from anyone until I finally got someone on the phone last week. Told me that there was nothing they can do.I asked for a complete refund since I am permanently disfigured due to this...looks like i have had a c-section that went horribly wrong. was told that they will not be giving me a refund,that they did the revision surgery. So they admitted their mistake,tried to fix it,but it didn't work. I paid over $6K for this and my stomach looks worse now than it did before the surgery. I got this done to look good in a bikini,but now,I am permanently disfigured, too embarrassed to wear one now.Picture is attached showing gash and fat pouch above pubic area.I want a full refund.

      I HAVE CHECKED MY PHONE LOG AND VOICEMAIL BOX AND I DO NOT SEE WHERE ANYONE FROM SONO BELLO HAS CALLED ME. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAILS EITHER. I CALLED THE OFFICE 30 MINUTES AGO, ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE PRACTICE MGR ******, SHE WAS IN A MEETING, SAID SHE'D CALL ME BACK.

      I have been contacted, but they are wanting me to take time off my job, go there, to have another surgeon evaluate me to try to get me the body I want. I was told that they do not issue refunds, which is not acceptable. For I was previously told that there was nothing they can do, that this is permanent. 

      I truly don't want to have to go thru the pain, etc. a third time for them to fix their mistake with sucking out too much fat in one area, causing the gash across my abdomen. But if this is the only way that I can get proof that they cannot do anything to fix this, then I will let them do their evaluation. IF it's deemed that it can't be fixed, I should qualify to get my refund.

       

      I am still not totally satisfied with the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, but I am willing to have their surgeon reevaluate me. I will contact them to let them know my decision. But I would like to keep this claim open until the surgeon has done the evaluation.
