Dear *** or Madam,My name is *****, and I am the owner of a ******************* in ********. For over four years, I have been operating my business. Recently, I discovered that approximately $40 to $50 has been withdrawn from my account every month for the past four years. Upon investigation, I found that the withdrawals were made by a company called ****, a subsidiary of TSMS Group Inc.When I contacted them, they claimed that I had signed up for their card processing services. I requested a copy of the contract with my signature. The document I received was dated July 2, 2021, and had an electronic signature dated July 3, 2021. The contract contained my personal information, including my social security number, date of birth, and a past address.I was shocked by this discovery for a few reasons. First, I had not even started my business in July 2021, as my lease had not yet been finalized. Second, I have no record of ever having a phone call, text message, or email from a woman named *********, who is listed as the owner of the company, or anyone else from that company around that time. I believe this document is a forgery.I have already sent an email to the company, stating that I believe the document is fraudulent and demanding to know how they obtained my personal information. I have not received a response. The total amount that has been withdrawn from my account to date is *********** want my money back, but more importantly, I need this issue resolved to prevent it from happening to others. I have heard from other restaurant owners that this company is a bad actor that creates fraudulent documents to harm small business owners. I am determined to stop them from doing this to anyone else.I must reiterate that I have never met, called, or texted anyone from this company in July 2021.Sincerely,*****

    Re: Response to Complaint #********
[Complainant: ************************ Aji Sushi & Grill Issaquah, **]

    Dear BBB Team,
We are writing in response to the complaint filed by Mr. ***** ****.
It is important to emphasize that Mr. **** knowingly filed a false complaint and yet did not contact the BBB to correct it.

This behavior is not merely an error or misunderstanding; it is a deliberate and malicious attempt to interfere with our business operations.

We respectfully submit that such conduct should be taken seriously and that ******* should be held accountable for his actions.
In an effort to respond fully and professionally, we attempted to upload our response letter and supporting documentation through the BBB website.

However, due to a file size limit of 8 MB,we were unable to upload all of our documents. We have therefore uploaded a partial set of documents online and are sending the complete package by mail to ensure that all supporting materials are formally submitted and properly recorded.

We respectfully ask that the BBB attach both the uploaded documents and the mailed package to the complaint file and consider the intentional nature of Mr. ***** actions in reviewing this matter.

We remain committed to addressing this complaint professionally and promptly and appreciate your assistance in ensuring a fair evaluation.

Thank you for your attention and support.

    Sincerely,

    ********* ***
