  On March 30, 2023, Better Business Bureau contacted Miltee Cooledto concerning an advertising claim found on its website, https://fallmic.com/. Specifically, Miltee Cooledto claims, "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. We are committed to designing reliable and value-for-money products. We strive to create a one-stop shoe-shopping paradise for all our consumer-shopping lovers. Whenever you come, no matter what you want, you will be satisfied.” But does not provide the details of the guarantee. Consumers claim the guarantee is not being honored and when requesting either a replacement or refund neither are being addressed. Communication between the consumer to Miltee Cooledto is not being answered.

   

  When using the term “warranty” or “guarantee” in product advertising, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details of the warranty can be seen prior to sale at the advertiser's location, viewed on the advertiser’s website or, in the case of mail or telephone order sales, made available free on written request.

   

  BBB has attempted to reach out to Miltee Cooledto to address these complaints noting that the business will only communicate thru email and does not provide a phone number as a form of contact.

   

  BBB found Miltee Cooledto’s advertised address is listed as being in the Bellevue Square mall but is not listed in the mall directory. BBB has not been able to determine a physical location nor ownership for the company. BBB could not find a business license for Miltee Cooledto in Washington State.

   

  Despite written requests, as of June 29, 2023, Miltee Cooledto has not responded to BBB’s request for revisions and clarification in its advertising.
