On August 07, 2020, Better Business Bureau recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding delivery and customer service issues. Consumers allege they order and pay for products from TrueFeat LLC's online store, but after several weeks and months they have not received their products. Consumers further claim TrueFeat LLC is unresponsive to requests for assistance regarding the delivery of their products and refunds.
On October 22, 2020, TrueFeat LLC responded requesting assistance to correcting the issues noted in the pattern.
The following requests were made of TureFeat LLC:
• Respond to consumers within 24 hours
• Update the business website to reflect delivery issues
• Offer refunds to dissatisfied customers
None of the updates were made to correct the issues in the complaints.
On November 04, 2021, BBB again asked TrueFeat LLC to address the concerns that had been brought to our attention prior and had shown no resolution. There were also no updates made to TrueFeat LLC's website at https://truefeat.com.
BBB reached out to TrueFeat LLC for a response to the customer complaints. As of November 19, 2021, TrueFeat LLC has not responded.
