Truefeat scammed me by charging me for 4 leggings when i only received 2. Then customer service said they would refund me. Nothing has been refunded and they stopped replying! Not to mention the two i did receive are horrible quality.Review from SUZANNE S

Ad says delivery in 3-5 bus days from ******* **. Used to say **** is not made in *** but never claimed they were made in *** until more recently I see the ad say made in U.S. fishy . However Im honest and when I did get my pair one month later the product was great. Ran 7 miles in white - perfect length and fit and not see through and material was amazing . But still NO customer service - that alone Im not sure I can trust ordering again. I received money back as I have good support form PayPal and my credit card **Review from Debbie G

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings and only received 1 pair. I have tried to reach out to them 3 time and have requested refund for undelivered pair. As of today, I still have not received an answer or reply. I am starting g thing that this company is a scam.Review from Stephanie C

I had the same thing happen as ALL other customers with Truefeat. Should have checked here before ordering. Ordered, did not receive my order (account charged) and they would not respond to ANY emails, ******** messaging, texts etc. Total Scam!!!Review from Rebecca S

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order for white performance leggings with pockets, and received an entirely different item. I tried emailing them, more than once, and tried to find any kind of contact information, and there is none. In an attempt to return this item for a full refund, it is practically impossible to find where to return it, and how to return it. I went on the website and tried to start a return, and it would not accept it, despite the fact that I had my order number and all required information. I will never ever order from this company again, and I have placed my purchase in dispute with my credit card company.Review from Suzanne A

This company is Poor POOR, no, TERRIBLE customer service. I sent a many emails to return a pair of ***** Leggings because they were See-Thru and not a Single response! Not only that, I NEVER received a confirmation email or receipt for my purchase. I sent the white leggings back to the return address on the package, and they claimed in one of the FEW responses I recd to have never recd and a vague inquiry as to the invoice number of which I NEVER received an Invoice!!! Do NOT order from this company!!!!!!!!!Review from Lynn J

This is a scam!! I placed my order over 3 weeks ago. They took my money ($90). The tracking number shows **** still has not received the package (6 days after it supposedly shipped). The company phone number listed has no voice greeting; goes straight into voice mail; and the voice mailbox is full so you cannot even leave a message!! I have sent several messages via their website Contact link with no response. RIPOFF!! Fraud!!! I will dispute charges with my credit card company and get my money back that way. Total scam!!! No email response when I requested return, then hung up on me when I called. The ******************* shows that this business was dissolved earlier in 2022, yet they continue to advertise. Special place in h*** for this person/people.
