            On August 14, I was contacted about a car I did not purchase. I was told this was an error in contact info and it would be fixed. This happened again. Then on the 29th my bank called me about a car loan I did not open. I had to sort out with my bank the issues that came from a sales person here not double checking the customer information they selected and putting the car under my name. I came very close to having to submit claims of identity theft because of this issue.The fact of the matter is that I had already warned the dealership about this issue twice and was assured it would be fixed, but it still continued to be a problem. The car was put under my contact information and it got to the point that the bank was associating another persons loan with me. I am extremely lucky this did not become an issue on my credit.

            On the afternoon of April 28th I drove my newly purchased Crosstrek to Michaels Subaru to ask a technical question. The ramp leading to the service counter is upward sloping and a golf cart was parked alongside the right lane. Unseen from the drivers front window was a low metal trailer hitched to the golf cart and my car brushed against a corner of the trailer. A manager named ********************* came and yelled at me that the lane was closed. I got out my car to indicate that the orange plastic cones were placed along the left side of the lane, not across the lane, and I did not crush any cones. The manager behaved incredibly rude to me in front of other Subaru staff. I wrote to the General ***************************** of the Dealership and filed a complaint at Subaru ******** corporate headquarters in **********, but received no response. I advice any would-be buyers to stay away from this business outfit, whose service had deteriorated to a sickening level since I bought my previous Subaru in 2013.
