Orangetheory Fitness-Lynnwood ******************************************************************* ********** I have a membership of 8 classes per billing period. I billing period has 8 classes per period. I have held orange theory membership Sep 2020. In these two years I have never been cheated by other studios- have employees at Lynwood studios are charging me unfairly and making up new rules on the spot. I have 8 classes per period- and if I sign up for a class and do show up for it, I just lose the class without being charged. That is the rule of the 8 classes per period and I have held this package since more than 2 years. This morning I could not attend a class due to being sick despite having signed up. I still have four classes remaining on my package but the orange theory staff charged me $12 for no-show/late. This is not in the rules of the 8 classes per period membership that I have and if the orange theory staff is making up new rules I would like to be informed by phone/email at least. Is this a new way to rip sick customer's off their hard earned money?This has never happened to me before in other studios- I have been a loyal member since 2 years. If Lynwood Orangetheory employee ***** has to make up new rules like that on the spot to take out personal issues against a sick person then she should get fired. Being an employee of Orangetheory Lynnwood you do not have the ability to make new rules on the spot and I deserve to be treated well being a customer since Sep 2020. In studios I attended before, they used to call and check if I ever signed up for a class and did not attend.Now I have signed up for a class and did not attend. According to my package rules, I just lose a class but I am getting charged due to new rule invented by ***** to harrass me. This is harrassment on the basis of my gender or race I think. And I deserve an apology. Orange theory should fire employees like ***** who harrass customers by making up new rules on the spot to his/her own wish
