    I rented a truck for 4 hours and dropped it off same day, I followed the instructions as documented to drop the keys off in the drop which occurred during business hours. They made the claim that I dropped off the vehicle 3 days later, clearly blatant fabrication of fact. The owner, ****** ********, committed this fraud with no shame and refused to compensate me for their management error, I was charged in excess of $416.37 for rental and 3 days of cleaning fees for a 4 hour rental. The cleaning fees are a racket. 3 days of cleaning fees for what she claimed to be dirt on the driver's side floor ***** again completely fabricated. No business integrity and does not deserve to host operations in this state. 97% of here reviews in ****** rate of '1 star' support my claims. Her business operations need to be investigated and an order of cease and desist should be invoke ASAP. Protect our community from these sorts of egregious and predatory criminal acts. We will not stand for this!

    When the customer came into the store he was very irate and aggressive. I kept asking him give me an opportunity to explain what he should do, but instead kept pointing his finger and said I'll have 100 people sue you. He kept repeating ' I am going to sue YOU!!' not only did he park his car right out size the entrance door and yell at me but was not willing to listen. I felt unsafe and threatened by his behaviour and choose to ignore him after that point. He also stood outside of the store and took pictures. We are a depot for ***** so we check car in and out. I do not have the ability to review the bills and see where the charge incur. There are clear instruction on the door indicating how to return a turn your rental before dropping the key in the box. I am suspecting he did not do that and just dropped the key. Anyways I have sent this letter onto the ***** billing office to respond to provide feedback.
