    I am 90 year old, living in a nursing home. Due to my hard of hearing and English is my second language, I sometimes cannot hear or explain my situation very well.I paid Brightnow Dental office at *********************************************************, phone ************** to have my lower teeth extracted and install a lower denture, on Oct 4. They made the denture too large, too loose and would not fit into my lower gum. I have been returning to the office 2-3 times for correction but to no avail.It's going to be almost 2 months (from Oct 4 to today Nov30) since all my lower teeth extracted. I have not been eating or chewing probably due to missing lower teeth. It's been mostly soft/liquid foods (soup/cream) It is very difficult for me to make multiple trips to the office, since I rely solely on the van transportation provided by my nursing home. Would someone please be my advocate and help me speak to them regarding my lower denture situation.I need them to make new impression and order a new denture that will fit onto my lower gum. Please I have no one to turn for help.
