    All candy arrived melted and cake had to be thrown because the temp of it when it arrived. Was not safe for consumption Company does not reply to emails and address they have posted dont go anywhere. Scam. If you try to file a claim with the shipping company they want your personal information like a scan of your drivers license or passport

    Such a bummer, but I wouldn't recommend purchasing this product. We ordered this exact product, totaling $67.10, and it arrived defective. Music and letter feature didn't work... just clicking. So, it was an expensive box of treats. After contacting the company, they only offered a 50% refund.... so, still an expensive box of brownies and a disappointed birthday boy. Will not purchase again.

    We refunded a total of $67.10 on the original form of payment. You should be able to receive the emailed receipt shortly. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's turnaround time.

    I ordered a cake to be sent to my niece for her birthday. Concerning order # *******. A true nightmare experience with their customer service. When I placed the order their system incorrctly had a shipping date three months before I requested it be shipped. I called their **************** folks requesting the ship date be corrected & changed to May 21, 2025. They changed it & assured me this will be sent on the proper date. Fast forward to May 25 & no CAKE was delivered to my niece. I contacted **************** again & they admitted their system has a bug & failed to ship the cake. Instead of shipping out a cake they then CANCELLED the order. I have a series of emails proving their ******************** lack of resolving the issue. Had I not called I would not have even received my refund. This is a terrible business.

    From start to finish this experience with the company was terrible. **************** is awful. I placed an order and have screen shots of where it said my delivery would arrive by my daughters birthday (actually the day before) and even got an email confirming the day of delivery and somehow, it says arriving 4 days later! I emailed my complaint and rather than calling (again customer service is awful) they went back and forth with me about why they are not sorry, and something about how it clearly says this about the shipping (which AGAIN, I have screen shots of the site AND emails saying otherwise) is not responsible for packages arriving within a certain window of time unless you choose expedited shipping. I knew from the site I had time for the delivery to arrive using regular shipping, so when the package did not arrive, I was livid. Again ZERO customer service. So now, its almost 4pm on the day its supposedly arriving, and still, NO PACKAGE. This is the absolute worst company I have ever had the aggravation of dealing with and will never waste my time or money and hope no one else does either. These are easy to make anyway. If their customer service, and service in general, is anything like what I experienced, I cant imagine they will be in business much longer.

    I ordered their product in March for delivery to my granddaughters 13th Birthday. Delivery date was scheduled for May 2, on that day I recive a message that the package is delayed till *******, after her birthday! Of course it's the weekend and there is no one to speak with. Will not order from them again!

    I wish I could leave a zero. Do not order from them. They ship late and lie about arrival times. When you request a refund they make sure you have to jump through hoops to get one if they give you it at all.

    The box didnt do anything. There was no surprise or confetti. It just didnt work. The candy was so hard it shattered when you tried to bend it. Also the cake was nasty. It ruined my birthday. And my husband tried to complain to get his money back. WITH A VIDEO that it didnt work and they said no thats not our problem. Also the fact that its so hard to leave a review for them is sketch.

    The experiences that *** had with this company are awful. If they ask for a date that you want it received by who youre sending it to then that should be the date not two daysbefore a day before or two days later which has happened. I used them a year ago and thought that using them again, maybe they would change, absolutely not. They dont match up their stuff with ***** and get it all straightened out and For the money, I dont feel that these are worth it. Its a great Idea, but they should definitely have better customer service the worst customer service to call, they just repeat themselves and repeat themselves. They dont knowhow to talk to people, and it was the most awful experience on the phone.. they dont try to figure it out. They just go back to your order and just repeat everything off of the order and they do nottry to fix the problem. I would never use these people for the fact that after a year they still havent fixed their delivery and shipping. And yes, Ive heard that some of the butterflies dont even fly out. I will definitely start researching and using different companies to make sure that things are delivered as the date specified not earlier or later. Cause if its earlier, maybe that person isnt at work or at home and if its later, youre not expecting that especially when you put adate and you pay for priority or not. You are ordering it on time or if youre paying for priority it should be there on thedate that you put no earlier and no later they really need to figure this out. Really really poor company and then they wont even give you money back. Theyll give you a whole 10% off your next order. Well good for you because I wont be ordering from this company again..

    Was completely ripped off! Sent my mother in law a cake for her birthday. Delivered a day late and the package was soaked and damaged. The FedEx man told my mother in law he would take it back and file a claim. I followed Send a Cakes instructions and tried to file a claim everyday and their site wouldnt let me. I called on 3 different days throughout the week and was told to use the website to file the claim but it was the same webpage that wasnt working! Finally they told me because they dont have a picture of the damaged box I wasnt eligible to file a claim. Even though they told me this was insured and ***** knows the package was not delivered. They basically just took my $65 and said sorry!

    Ill start by saying that I ordered one of these boxes for my sons birthday back in May and he loved it. He loved it so much that I ordered one for daughters recent birthday in November. When she opened the $90+ box, we realized that the rotating cake tray and music player were non-functioning. She was obviously immensely disappointed but I promised to get her a replacement (she had seen how it is supposed to function based on his brothers box). Now here is where customer service comes in and was beyond disappointing. Rather than offering to make me whole, by sending an exact replacement, they first offered a $25 refund, which I rejected. When pushed, they finally agreed to send me a replacement but without me realizing it until the confirmation email was sent, it was going to be a generic box with the music player and rotating stand. When I emailed them about whether the personalized photos would be included, they said that I had agreed to the replacement and would not send me an apples to apples replacement. Needless to say, the generic replacement will go straight into the trash. I do not like their deceptive business practices and ******* customer support. I do not ever intend to shop here again.
