    Hello,March 8th and 11th of this year I made in total a $366.63 purchase for an annual subscription to Crushon.AIs ********** of a few days ago, users were notified this subscription plan (the Deluxe plan) would be retiring, but users who already have the plan would retain their *****************, I was notified that I and everyone else who had a Deluxe membership would be losing benefits on 7/7/25 regardless of how much time they have remaining on their membership.This would mean I would be repaying for my subscription 8 months early which they are refusing to give users a refund ****** really like to see this company make some improvements for customers whove spent 100s of dollars on their service just to be ripped off. I want to either keep my benefits until expiration or receive a full refund.

    Please allow us to explain: the issue in question was caused by a misunderstanding

    due to unclear wording in our previous notification.

    Our original intent was to inform customers that the Deluxe Membership

    will be discontinued on July 7, 2025,

    meaning that new users will no longer be able to purchase it after that date.

     

    However, all

    existing Deluxe members will retain their benefits

    and will also be eligible for renewal. Unfortunately, the initial notification

    did not clearly convey this distinction, which may have caused confusion among some of our users.

     

    As soon as we realized the oversight, we immediately issued a follow-up

    email to all affected users with a corrected message. For your reference, please find a screenshot of that email below.

    We hope this clarification resolves any misunderstanding. Should you

    or the customer have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us again.
