    I moved into a floor unit that seemed to be fit for my needs on the 1st of November on the 4th of November the apartment flooded from a faulty drain in the hallway near the door it backed up quickly and continued into my home I contacted the office and maintenance to let them know immediately it took 4-5 hours for any resolution and I had clean up the water myself with a few family members who helped me move in insurance company informed me that they werent liable for the water damaged to all my thing that were on the floor because I moved in the night prior i feel attacked I feel like the blame is trying to be shifted when its specifically stated in the lease I signed that there are responsible long as I notified them In fashionable time witch I did and have record of as of today nov 10 I was told by the office managers that they will not be helping on any level including replacing my personal items I lost picture of my late mother who passed recently that I can no longer receive again no one has apologized for anything all that has been done was a fraudulent notice put in my door for in authorized guest witch were my family member who helped me move in witch is my brother and his fiance witch also is my caregiver Ive been treated like nothing and blame put on me this is my whole life somethings hav no monetary value for the type of treatment Ive gotten you would think I caused the flood witch I didnt Id like them to be held accountable under law the lease states they are liable for water damage long as I notified them with reasonable time as I already stated I did and to mention both these units were available a month ago the neighbors have already been up graded to a new unit i have been offered nothing this isnt right and I will stand up for my rights again I am living in a moldy wet unit I talk to the company working on the unit and told me its goin to take longer since we still in the unit I have extreme anxiety and there are ***** fans running

    As of June 2022, Overlake at Lakemont was sold and is no longer a part of the ******************************* Portfolio. Additionally, the property was unclaimed with the help of ************************* as of 7/21/22. We request that Overlake at Lakemont be removed from any affiliation with SPR. If additional information is still needed to complete this, please let me know.

    Im a tenant that lives in an apartment I pay a third party statement from the landlord for utilities, they are inflating the rates that the city isnt billing for. This landlord cant show me the master bill so I can examine the rates billed. I have presented the rates directly from the **************** to prove the standard rates to the management . As Im tryin to pay my rent
