5 starsHighly recommending Preferred Exteriors for your siding needs! The owner, ****, is extremely knowledgeable with 30 years experience on siding! Very important home system here in the ******! **** was very professional, understood our time constraints, and worked us in for an initial quotes for repairs on a property in contract. He provided insights on how water intrusion works and what proper install would look like vs previous owners DiY solutions with mixed materials (LP, *****, etc). Really appreciate **** spending time with us at the house to understand full scope of needs and if you want expertise in home siding Preferred Exteriors is best around.Review fromGregory H

5 starsI have had a wonderful experience with Preferred Exteriors. I am in the middle of the home buying process and inspection showed that the siding is rotting. I called Preferred Exteriors for an estimate on replacing the rotting LP siding with new Hardie Plank siding. Bill was able to meet me the next day to take a look and write up an estimate for the work to be presented to the sellers. He was very good at responding quickly to all my many questions and is very knowledgeable about home exteriors. I am very happy that I found Preferred Exteriors.Preferred Exteriors LLC

5 starsMy wife and I recently worked with Preferred Exteriors. We were in need of a very quick bid to replace the rotting siding with ****** ***** on a home we are in the process of purchasing. We were on a tight timeline, and were very pleased with how fast Bill was to meet us at the house, do a full inspection and pull together a bid. He explained the issues with our current siding, and the options for replacement. Communication was easy, we were able to text, and talk on the phone, even after business hours, which was more convenient for us, so we definitely appreciated that.Preferred Exteriors LLC

5 starsWorking with Preferred Exteriors this summer was a great experience! I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years, and **** and his teams are certainly near the top of the list. As the owners of a hundred plus year old home, we needed to finally make the switch to ****** ***** siding. The house has had many additions and unique lines added over the years, and it was not an easy project, including a few areas of rot repair. The crews were on time, hard working, and cleaned up after themselves. After that was done, Bill's painting team did a magnificent job! Highly recommend!Preferred Exteriors LLC

This house was indeed a challenge in that with so many add ons, and being 100 years old we had to be creative in getting siding to line up in some areas. It was a pleasure helping this buyer with an inspection. She is moving her parents into ************* from out of state. The *********************** siding was failing badly on the south side and a few other boards on the front but the rest was fine. Just could use a paint job to protect it. Most companies will try to sell you the entire home for new siding. I won't. 5 stars**** was easy to work with and very smart. He has a great eye for what he is looking at and good at explaining it which helps. He was very punctual, and knew siding in and out. I learned a lot just listening to him and he knew what would be prudent to proceed with. He was also very quick to respond when asked for help. We had an excellent experience with Preferred Exteriors. **** came to our home and spent a lot of time going over all of the exterior areas (not a small job, since our home is considered an upscale home and is quite large). He patiently explained the procedure, and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. This company is experienced, honest and reliable, and we trust them with any repair that has to be done on our home. Highly recommend!Preferred Exteriors LLC

5 starsAn area of our house covered with t1-11 siding had an area that was looking poorly and we wanted to upgrade that area to match the board siding nearby. Preferred Exteriors was willing to do a partial house siding job and if there were any rot problems under the siding would be able to handle that as well. Read some of the other reviews - all the positives they mention, I experienced as well: informative, good communications, professional crew, good cleanup and clear pricing.I would definitely use them again.Preferred Exteriors LLC

Thank you for your great review on how I run Preferred Exteriors. Most local siding contractors will not do these type of partial 1 wall projects because its not profitable enough for them. I do because these types of reviews are worth a lot to me so thanks again for your business and we are glad to get this siding problem behind you.
