I spoke with ***************** by phone in mid-March 2023 about rock sliders available for pre-order on his website for Full Force Metalworks. His website and he stated he would be starting a batch in April 2023, which aligned with a trip to TN I was taking. I ordered the rock sliders for my ****** Forester on March 24, with payment in full of $950. April 19 I followed up by email prior to my trip and **** informed it would take a few weeks plus another week for powder coating. No problem, I would swing through on another trip soon. On May 30, I emailed again as I had not heard anything. **** responded June 1 that he was doing everything he could to get orders completed. He stated he had hired more help and the plan was to complete the order in a few weeks. On July 7, I followed up by email and received no response. On July 24, I called and left a voicemail at the phone number provided in my invoice. I received no response. At this time, his website still has the option to place orders for specific items. On August 18, I attempted to call and no one picked up.This is no way to run a business. If you cannot fulfill orders, do not take them. If you cannot fulfill an order you have taken, call or email your customer and refund their money. Next I will contact the ********************** for this fraudulent business.
