      In October 2024 we hired A2B Moving & Storage to help us move our furniture from our upstairs to our living room while we replaced our carpet and then back upstairs. Their team came out and immediately got to work. I didn't think anything of this and was pleased to see them moving so quickly and keeping on schedule. Everything was placed in our living room as agreed but what I didn't expect was that they stacked our belongings on each other and were not careful in the way that they took things down the stairs. Our dressers were essentially slid down the stairs hitting the walls and causing damage in a number of places. Our dressers were scratched up and one of our sectional couches was broken because of the heavy items that they stacked on top of it. It is a sofa bed and it broke the springs inside. The team was negligent and the leadership of A2B Moving is not taking accountability for the negligence of their team. What is worse is that the staff that moved our furniture crossed out the part on the contract where we could opt for coverage on the move to allow for our furniture to have coverage and didn't have us initial where we wanted coverage on any of the required sections. When I pointed this out in a voicemail to the owner she has since stopped returning my calls and has not followed through on any of the promises she has made to rectify the situation. What they have done from the beginning was fraudulent and negligent and we simply want them to be accountable and pay for the mistakes they made to make it right.
