    I moved out of ********, ********** in February February 2021. My items were removed and stored by Two Men and a Moving Van in ****, **********. My items were in storage for three years and one month. I recently moved to *********, ********** on 3/23/24 and hired movers to complete an out of state move. I am missing the following items: Duvet cover (white)Runway rug (blue)Decorative pillows (4)Trash can (small)Clothes (jeans and pea coats (11))Also, two (2) one gallon water jugs were packed and spilled all over my items:Wet clothes Broken scale from water Ruined artwork In addition to being delivered items that were not mine:A chair And empty box A box of childrens toys I am seeking that my stored items be found and delivered to me. If they are lost, I would like to have financial compensation to replace my items, time/ effort spent returning incorrect items, time spent contacting company about missing items and incorrect items delivered to me, increased cost of moving by increased space of delivering incorrect items, wasting my time and paying for a service that was not completed. I should pay 80% of the storage cost since only 80% of my items were delivered.

    I spoke with the financial department of Two Men and a Moving Van on 4/5/24. They agreed to send me a $1,000 check to cover part of the cost to replace water damaged, broken and missing items.

    They stated that they sent the check on 4/9/24 and it is now 4/19/24. I called again today to see about a tracking number, the representative said they would get back to me in 5 to 10 minutes, after 15 minutes I called back and left a message.

    We hired two men and a moving van to do a local move for us on 4/25/23. During the move their employees broke the bottom frame of a sliding glass door. They acknowledged the issue and vowed to get it resolved. I paid them in full for the move expecting to be able to get the issue resolved. I submitted to them two estimates to get the door replaced. Both around $5000-6000. Despite multiple texts and emails they kept delaying. They refused to give me the names of their insurance company. After many months, they finally gave my an offer of $940.50 stating that was all they were required to pay. I replied that the number offered was not acceptable and again asked for their insurance information. They gave me the number for their insurance agent who I called and was given the number for their ************************** IFG. I filed a claim and have been in touch with the insurance agent *************************. Unfortunately the ** policy only covers after the auto policy renders its decision. ***** from Two Men and a Moving Van refuses to give me any information regarding their auto insurance policy so I can't move forward. I have sent many more emails and texts. ************* has also emailed them informing them of the need to go through the auto carrier first and they have not responded. It has now been over 2 months since they last responded to either myself or their ** insurance company so I am reaching out to you for help.
