    I genuinely cant say enough about ***** and his team at Evergreen Softtub. Two years ago, we purchased our softtub (which is in itself a great product for soaking tired muscles with minimal impact to electrical bills) and i have been so impressed with the service from Evergreen. Our installer was patient and educational showing us how to maintain our new tub. A month later a minor leak was discovered and the Evergreen team didnt hesitate to replace it immediately. A year later i had called to ask about replacing some gaskets and asked a side question about our liner which was showing signs of chemical burn from a Frog ease product initially deemed by the Softtub HQ as safe to use. ***** at Evergreen wanted us to have a quality product and recognizing the advice to use FrogEase initally came from the company, he did not hesitate to replace our skin wanting us to feel good about our tub. You dont experience passionate high quality service like this much anymore and too many people take time to post negative experiences. There have to be many others in the area that have had positive experiences such as mine worth taking the time to share my gratitude. Thank you to ***** and the Evergreen team! Truly great service and I would recommend them to anyone!

    I purchased the soft tub at a fair in our town, I liked the way the tub looked and the jets for a soft tub. I was told by the salesman that they had it in stock and that it would only take about 2 weeks for them to deliver it. I waited the 2 weeks and no delivery, so i called the number and had to leave a message, they called me back and informed me that it would take 2 months to get, was informed that it may be in stock but it would have to come from the factory from back east and i live on the west coast, so they had to wait until they had enough was made for a full truck load so they would be able to deliver to the Auburn store. Well i told her what the salesman told me and she said "i don't know why he would tell me that it would be delivered in 2 weeks. I told her probably because if he told me it would be 2 months I would not have bought it and went somewhere else. So i sit here waiting for it to show up, if it does, because in 2 months it will be snowing and i bet they put it off, I should just cancel my order, NOT happy.
