    We needed Ridgeline to come in after we had a roof and water leak at the same time! Everyone we have dealt with has been so professional and understanding of our situation. Our new roof looks absolutely beautiful and new gutters too. They always were very considerate of our yard and cleaned up all the debris. When we need more work done Ridgeline is on our speed dial!

    Ridgeline was great, They came in right away and helped organize and take care of all that is involved when you have a bad leak. My only complaint is we also had them install a Range-hood In our kitchen, the lights on the hood just do not work. Tried to deal with the electrician and the project manager, but they weren't much help so now we just use magnetized lights I bought on ******. I tried to bring this up a couple of times with the pm, but didn't get anywhere so did want to bother continuing to hound them. Everything else they did was fantastic though..

    We are happy you had a good experience. As we have explained, we are unable to warranty the hood, as you purchased it and it is a manufacture issue that is causing the lighting issue. We still encourage you to reach out to the manufacture of the hood to get it replaced.

    I highly recommend Ridgeline Contractors NW. They did an excellent job on my addition. Though it was a small addition, it presented certain building complications given there was already an existing cement foundation and cedar roof and the plans were created by another designer .They had to work around these constraints. The project turned out beautifully. I have to say the bathroom is the nicest bathroom I have ever had. All the staff and workers were professional and responsive whenever I had a question or concern. Also, their prices were very reasonable, and they stayed within my budget constraints. I had many other bids that were way out my price range. I am very pleased with the work they did.

    I highly recommend Ridgeline Contractors NW for any of your home construction/remodeling projects. The work they performed at my home was fast, efficient and of high quality. Everyone at Ridgeline that I worked with were highly skilled professionals. The final product more than met my expectations. I would definitely use them again when I'm ready for my next remodel project.

    I would definitely recommend Ridgeline Contractors NW for your next construction project whether it's a remodel or a ground-up new construction like mine.I have to say this was a lot easier than I had imagined. Going into this I had the design, engineering, and permits in hand. My original bid was nearly twice as much as I thought it should be, and a timeline that was over twice as long drove me to get additional bids. I solicited 5 bids and Ridgeline came in the lowest. As I walked this project with each contractor I looked for not only cost but how well we could partner. While walking the project with ****** he seemed to have a vision that met my expectations. They were able to get me scheduled faster than most others. ******'s teams were able to get in and do the ground-up construction excavation to final permit buy-off within 3 weeks. The teams were easy to work with, each process was well-choreographed with the follow-on activities and very professional. The final product is exactly what I had envisioned and needed. The craftsmanship is great and the worksite was kept clean and organized throughout the build best of all they met their original bid. Again I would recommend Ridgeline Contractors NW for your next project...

    Unfortunately we have not had a positive or pleasant experience with this company. Have asked several times over the past 2 months to meet with ****** and the ** not only to resolve workmanship issues, but also multiple items being billed that were not done on this job and need correcting, also our insurance is still waiting for an invoice for a supplemental payment they said they were going to send in 2 days but that was back in April and they have yet to receive anything. Even have offered to meet via TEAMS to make it easier for scheduling but still nothing, other than saying we have refused to allow them to fix all of the failed repairs and saying they are turning our (incorrect ) bill over to collections. We have documented all communications with them, have photos, certified phone records and text msgs, emails, etc. and this claim is simply not true. We only had asked if they could just comp the failed floor install and we would take care of that ourselves as we dont have a lot of time to have the entire bathroom torn apart again for an extended period, it was a simple question that was never answered and only used as we refused to let them fix the failures? This could all be resolved very easily if ****** and the ** were willing to meet to first review the charges for accuracy and then develop a plan to resolve the repair issues. Hoping to be able to update this review with a positive ending, and will post pictures of the final outcome.
